No animal is considered sold until payment is received. A non-refundable, 25% deposit will hold any animal for 30 days. Payment plans are available and must be agreed to beforehand.

We only ship on Monday through Wednesday. No exceptions. The safe arrival of our/your animals is our most important goal.

Live arrival is guaranteed with temps above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees on both ends.

Trades are always welcome. We do not ship first in trades. Once your trade item is received in "as described" condition, we will ship our end out the same day(if it's Tuesday or Wednesday) or next shipping day(if it's Thursday).
